What Argezin is and what it is used for
Argezin cream contains Silver Sulfadiazine as the active ingredient which refers to the group of sulfanilamides. Silver Sulfadiazine prevents and inhibits development of infection in patients with burns and other wound processes and promotes healing of injured surfaces. The silver ions suppress the growth and expansion of bacterial cells.

Argezin cream is used for prevention and treatment of infection in burn burns, pressure sores, ulcers, surface wounds with low exudate, scratches and prevention of infections associated with operations using skin grafts.
