Pharmtechnology LLC is a leading pharmaceutical company on the territory of the Republic of Belarus manufacturing up-to-date and high-quality medicines.

Pharmtechnology LLC uses the following process flow charts: with application of wet or dry granulation and direct compression. The high-speed rotor tablet presses with Multi-Control management system ensure capacity of more than 300 thousand tablets per hour. The company uses only materials which passed the incoming control and were released for use. The production process is supported by control of main parameters including environmental parameters, product quality control.

Filling and packaging also represent one of important stages of manufacturing being the stage where the products are submitted to additional quality control. The packaging lines of Pharmtechnology LLC equipped with SEA Vision technology, weighing control systems and tamper evident packaging systems for carton packs ensure packaging of 350 packs per minute.

The company’s production unit dedicated to manufacturing of solid formulations is equipped with modern equipment of leading global manufacturers: GEA, BOSCH, CAM, ACG, Alexanderwerk.

The unique advanced technologies and automated stages of the whole production process ensure achievement of high degree of accuracy and quality. Manufacturing of tablets, powders and granules meet the healthcare requirements and the customer expectations.

Particular attention in our company’s production program is paid to solid formulations represented in forms of powders and granules. Pharmtechnology LLC has become one the first in the country to master production of powders in sachets. A unique packaging line Bosch with the capacity of 400 sachets per minute in directly used for powder packaging.
Beta-lactam containing products are manufactured in a separate section of the SF Workshop to ensure their guaranteed fitness for the intended purpose and applicable requirements and to prevent any consumer risks associated with violation of requirements to safety, quality and efficacy

Opening of the Workshop of Hydroalcoholic and Oily Solutions (HA and OS Workshop) in 1998 became an innovative moment in the manufacturing business of Pharmtechnology LLC. We became the first Belarusian pharmaceutical company to organize production of liquid dosage forms in sprays. The spray dosage form is currently one of the most popular forms of administration of medicines used for treating cold, inflammatory conditions of buccal and nasal cavities, skin.

The variety of dosage forms enables the consumer to select an optimal and easy-to-use medicinal product. The dosage form has a direct effect on distribution of a medicine in the body and its efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to be guided by advice of a healthcare professional when choosing the dosage form. A healthcare specialist will help choose a medicine and its dosage which will be most suitable for a patient and will have minimum side effects.

Section on Plastic Articles Production

We produce empty plastic bottles using such technologies as injection blow molding (IBM) and injection stretch blow molding (ISBM). The injection stretch blow molding technology (ISBM), which originated in Japan, is currently the most preferable for production of PET bottles in a single-stage process which combines preform molding with subsequent orientation and blowing.

Modern equipment made by leading European, Japanese and Chinese manufacturers and high level of automation of auxiliary processes assure quality of manufactured items, stability of size, high performance and low production costs.

Pharmtechnology LLC is equipped with a section on plastic articles production, a universal division dedicated to production of bottles and different types of closure systems. It encompasses innovations and achievements of different polymer processing technologies.
At our company we use the most optimal and traditional injection molding technology to manufacture caps and closure systems. The applied hot runner technology makes it possible to minimize the quantity of waste created in production of items by injection molding.

Water Treatment Section
Medicinal products made by Pharmtechnology LLC are manufactured with the use of purified water the quality of which always conforms to the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia and the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Belarus

Air Treatment Section
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning play an important role in production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. A well-designed system also ensures comfortable conditions for operators. All production premises of Pharmtechnology LLC are fully equipped with automated supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning system which controls temperature, humidity and consumption of supplied air in automatic mode.

The temperature, relative humidity and ventilation comply with all requirements to production of medicines and have no negative impact on the quality of pharmaceutical products during their manufacturing and storage nor on accurate functioning of the equipment.

WAREHOUSE:
Pharmtechnology LLC is provided with modern qualified warehouse premises which conform to the highest standards of storage of medicinal products and meet the current production needs.
The area of the finished product warehouse complex is 3000 sq. meters. The warehouse is equipped with an in-rack fire suppression system and the most up-dated heating system so that any storage condition can be maintained with the tolerance of 1°C at any point of the warehouse. The system of thermo-hygrometers Unitess is installed in the warehouse for monitoring, control and storage of temperature and humidity data providing the

For this purpose, a complex purified water system is installed in the Water Treatment Section which consists of several stages. The first stage consists in preliminary purification of water from hardness salts and free chlorine with automatic cation exchange softening, pH and ORP control.

The following stage consists in setting a reverse one-stage osmosis with synthetic polymer membranes with the pore diameter not exceeding the H2O molecules.

In fact, mechanical treatment is performed on a molecular level to remove organic and non-organic matter. The reverse osmosis enables more than 98% reduction of salts.

The final water treatment is performed on the electrodeionization device which is operated based on the principle of simultaneous running of electrodialysis and ion exchange.
Prevention of microbial contamination is ensured by ozonation, a modern sanitization method.

The air supply systems in our company are equipped with a high-efficiency three-stage air filtration system (with HEPA filters) with more than 95% performance. The air is supplied to the clean premises from top to bottom through the air intake grids. Removal of the air is performed by general exhaust ventilation through the air grids located in the lower part of wall panels and also by applying local air injectors to the direct source of emission of harmful substances. Constant differential pressure is maintained in production premises to prevent penetration of contaminated air to the production area. The temperature in a room is set depending on the manufactured product and the nature of production process. The alarm system provides the possibility to track errors and failures in the ventilation and air conditioning system and correct them in a timely manner.
