Apart from production-related laboratories, Pharmtechnology LLC also possesses its own technical and analytical laboratories.
The laboratory has a procedure of safe handling, transportation, storage and use of starting reference materials and standards to prevent contamination or damage and preserve their integrity.
The laboratory has in place all instructions for operation and management of all its equipment, preparation and handling of the items to be tested. All laboratory-related instructions, standards, guidelines and reference data should be updated and be available to the personnel.
The Pharmaceutical and Analytical Laboratory is involved in development of analytical methods for pharmaceutical substances and finished formulations and performs stability testing of the developed pharmaceutical products.
Each of them is in charge of a specific and responsible work area. Scientific research and development is performed by experienced specialists on modern equipment, in accordance with international standards. Each employee is instructed by the managers regarding the duties to be performed, the area of responsibility and authority. At the same time, the competence of those who work with specialized equipment, perform testing, evaluate results and sign testing protocols, is assured.
The Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Technology develops the formulation and production technology of solid, semi-solid and liquid dosage forms. The laboratory is equipped with necessary technical and testing equipment. This equipment is capable of modeling the production process in laboratory conditions with subsequent scale-up and transfer of the technology to production equipment.
